Men's Ministry The goal of our ministry is to spread the good news of Jesus Christ and to develop disciples in His name. There are several ways to be involved with the Men’s Ministry: Small Groups: These are generally set up according to the schedules of those who attend and change from time to time. Currently, men gather at the church on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM in the church library (lower level, use back door), giving men time to get home and have dinner. We're studying Paul's Letter to the Romans right now. There are also several co-ed groupswithin the church if men prefer that type of setting.Mens' Breakfasts: Once a month we prepare a variety of food, including heart-healthy choices, and follow that with a large group topical discussion. We allow ample time for fellowship and learning. We meet on the second Saturday of each month, 7:30 – 9:00 AM. Men's Basketball: During the colder months, we host Wednesday night pick-up games starting at 6:30 PM. Other Opportunities: The Celebrate Recovery ministry has a men’s support group. We also participate in area Men’s Conferences, such as Iron Sharpens Iron, a one-day conference for all ages of men. During warmer months, we look for men who are willing to help people in need, ranging from cutting wood to painting to plumbing or other repairs.
